  1. How do you wash the plushie?

Gently wash your crochet plushie with a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth or sponge and warm water to avoid damaging the plushie. Rinse the plushie with cool water and allow it to air dry. If necessary, use a lint roller to remove dust and pet hair from the plushie.

Before you order, please be sure that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions. You can order our plushies by sending us a DM on Instagram or by ordering via Shopee (soon)!


  1. Who will pay for the shipping fee?

The shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer :)


  1. How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee varies on your location. It’s estimated to be around 60-200 pesos ♡ We can help you check! Just send us a DM on Instagram and we’d be happy to assist you. We can also book through Grab Express for same-day delivery orders in Metro Manila


  1. What are your modes of payment?

For now, we’re only offering BPI, BDO, GCash, and Cash on Delivery!


  1. How long is the lead time for my order?

For pre-orders and custom orders, please allot a total of 1-4 weeks (depending on the design) for us to create your orders. For on-hand items, you can expect it to be shipped right away
