I. PAYMENT TERMS

Cash on delivery option will only be allowed for items on our catalogue. Custom orders must be paid for through online means. Full payment is required to process your order. Be sure that we have acknowledged the receipt of your payment to avoid confusion

II. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS

We will not accept any refunds, returns, and cancellations after you have sent your proof of payment. However, if you have a valid reason for cancellation, we can reconsider the terms on a case-to-case basis with a cancellation fee of 50% of your total bill.

III. RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are allowed, but will incur additional charges

IV. SHIPPING ISSUES

We will not be held liable for any shipping delays or other issues regarding shipping. Your orders will also be packed in good condition. Should the item get damaged or lost, we will no longer be held responsible. Kindly state your complete address to avoid items getting lost
